Change in Manifest XML file DOCTYPE tag

The Manifest System has been installed on a new environment and as from next Sunday, 30th July 2017 the XML file DOCTYYPE tag has to be defined as indicated below for the system to accept the file.

Manifest XML DOCTYPE tag

<!DOCTYPE manifest SYSTEM "http://localhost:8080/manifest/fileload/manifest.dtd">

Deconsolidation Manifest DOCTYPE tag

<!DOCTYPE manifest SYSTEM "http://localhost:8080/manifest/fileload/decon_manifest.dtd">
