The Customs Department is doing its utmost to do what is necessary to help reduce the spread of the coronavirus. 

In view of this prevailing situation arising out of Covid-19,  all Economic Operators are being informed that, for the time being, the Commerce Department will be accepting only email based applications and, thus, economic operators are being requested to submit a scanned application.  An email, containing the same scanned, processed application would be sent to the Economic Operator himself and subsequently to the Customs Department at the newly created generic account [email protected] which may be accessed by personnel at the Customer Services Unit of the Customs Department.
