We would like to inform all Economic Operators that as of Wednesday, 1st March 2023, the Containers and Groupage Unit will be the sole unit responsible for booking containers selected for physical control by Customs.  Bookings will solely be accepted by email addressed to [email protected]

Email information must include the Container Number – Name of Importer – Good description – Customs Area (Port) –  Declaration Number (LRN) - Vessel Name – Contact Person Name – Contact Number.

Bookings will only be accepted via email and if the information listed above is provided along with all supporting documentation, including invoices, packing lists, Bill of Lading, etc., licences and clearance from other competent authorities where applicable.
