Two men, a 30 year old from Panama and a 31 year old American, were arrested after they were found hiding half a kilo of cocaine. A search was conducted in their apartment following intensive investigations by the Police, together with the Customs Department, in the past few months. Both men were arrested shortly after arriving to Malta from Madrid.
Police and Customs had been following the steps of people who formed part of this criminal circle and managed to find the drug hidden in a St Julian’s apartment.
