17th June 2013 – A Panamanian man was sentenced to 14 years imprisonment, and fined €30,000 after being found guilty of entering the country with two kilos of cocaine. The drug had a street value of between €137,000 and €214,000. The Panamanian was arrested upon arrival in Malta on a flight from Brussels.
