Canine officer Sophie reacted positively to a passenger en route to Istanbul carrying €12,343 in undeclared cash.

When asked how much money he was carrying, the passenger replied he was carrying around €3,000. The passenger, of Lebanese origin, was searched by Customs officials and was found to be carrying $2,530 on person, €4,085 in his carrying bag and €6,100 in his checked-in luggage.

The passenger agreed to sign an out-of-court settlement and was fined  €1,200.
