ECONOMIC OPERATORS USING EX WAREHOUSE DECLARATIONS

On the 10th of April 2017, Customs Department will be closing all offices codes from the Import System pertaining to the Warehouse IDs. After this stipulated date, only the actual Customs Offices will remain valid. This will affect traders using ex-warehouse declarations.

Therefore traders who were using office codes 700, 701 and all codes from 703 upwards will have to use the following office codes when completing an Import Declaration depending on the products imported:

Office	Code
Energy Products Control Unit	108
Excise Section	120
Alcohol Products Unit	122
Customs Warehousing Unit	702

Important
