Further Information to Notice “Documentary Control” - 26th July 2017

Attention to:  All Economic Operators

Further to the notice “Documentary Control” published on 18th July 2017. Traders are being requested to submit at the TARIC & Quotas Unit (ex-CAP Unit), customs declarations selected for documentary control, with their respective supporting documents, if having one of the following declared certificates:

  • C014 V I 1 document
  • C015 V I 2 extract
  • C017 V I 1 document annotated in compliance with Regulation (EC) 555/2008 – Article 50(2)
  • C018 V I 2 extract document annotated in compliance with Regulation (EC) 555/2008 – Article 50(2)
  • C652 Accompanying documents for the carriage of wine products

Moreover, if an import declaration is selected for control and having one of the above-mentioned certificates declared, trader is required to provide the necessary documentation to the TARIC & Quotas Unit (ex CAP unit) for endorsement, prior to the release of goods.
