25.1 Produced documents, certificates and authorisations [Box 44] [Conditional]
Documents, certificates and Union or international authorisations or other references produced in support of the declaration must be entered in the form of a code composed of 4 alpha-numeric characters, and, where applicable, followed either by an identification number or another recognisable reference. The list of documents, certificates, authorisations and other references and their respective codes are indicated in the TARIC database.
National documents, certificates and authorisations produced in support of the declaration must be entered in the form of a code composed 4 numeric characters. Examples are 9001 export licence and 9002 export licence for arms and ammunition, parts and accessories thereof.
If the declarant does not provide the Commercial reference number in the general segment, then the transport document must be indicated under the Produced Documents/Certificates tab.
The user may select the document type from the drop down list. The document reference number should also be inputted in the given field.
