Save/Validate and Submitting Declaration

The Validate button may be used to verify that all the fields throughout the declaration have been inputted correctly.
The Save button is used to save different versions of the declaration before submitting the final declaration. Upon saving declaration the LRN will be provided.
Submission of declaration could be done through the Submit button. After submission, valid declarations will be provided with an MRN.
