Select the Type of representation. Such representation may be either Direct, in which case the representative shall act in the name of and on behalf of another person, or Indirect, in which case the representative shall act in his or her own name but on behalf of another person. 

EORI Ref [Mandatory]

Enter the Economic Operator Registration Identification (EORI) number. Details of the EORI number assigned by Customs will be automatically generated by the system. Where the declarant is a private individual, then deselect EORI Ref and MT90000010 is to be declared together with the full name and address of the declarant.

When the user is assigned to a profile of a clearing agent or importer, this field will be automatically generated.
